David Stewart new Hermes Chairman of the Board

London-based Hermes Investment Management has appointed former Odey Asset Management CEO David Stewart to the role of chairman of the board. Stewart assumes the position from Paul Spencer, who has served as Hermes chairman since 2011. The appointment will become effective on April 1, 2016, according to
