Artemis fund manager Peter Saacke is to replace chief investment officer Ruth Keattch, who is retiring from the firm. Keattch will retire from the fund management industry in the first quarter of 2016. The industry veteran, who previously worked at Deutsche Asset Management as well as Troy Asset Management,
